The company owners and guests have the rights to traverse over the entire 25,000 ha of the reserve for game viewing purposes. The company has the right to operate two game-viewing vehicles. The 50% share of the company that is for sale has the exclusive rights to occupy for private or commercial use two of the three lodges that are the property of the company. The company has the rights to commercialize 18 beds. The commercial rights will be included in the sale. Fully furnished with vehicles and game-viewing vehicle. The main lodge is 950 sq meters and consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, and scullery. The bar, built-in braai, and pool is the perfect setting for entertaining guests. The second lodge is a 320 sq meter, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, pantry, and scullery.
