The above property practitioner holds a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate which is registered with the PPRA and operates under RE/MAX Lifestyle Estates in terms of a franchise agreement with RE/MAX of Southern Africa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Remax. The following fees apply based on notice given:
• More than 3 months before arrival – 25% of rent
• 3 to 2 months before arrival – 30% of rent
• 2 to 1 month before arrival – 50% of rent
• 1 month to 7 days before arrival – 75% of rent
• Less than 7 days before arrival – 100% of rent
The Landlord may re-rent the property after cancellation. No refunds for early departure.
