• 3 to 2 months before arrival – 30% of rent
• 2 to 1 month before arrival – 50% of rent
• 1 month to 7 days before arrival – 75% of rent
• Less than 7 days before arrival – 100% of rent
The Landlord may re-rent the property after cancellation. No refunds for early departure.
R2000.00 once off tenant registration fee payable directly to the Raptor's View Wildlife Estate Home Owner's Association. All Raptor's View Properties are available for a minimum rental period of one month.
The rental amount exclude water & electricity, wifi and additional cleaning.
