Booking and Payment Terms
· Deposit: 30% on booking
· Balance: 70% due 2 weeks prior to arrival
· Refundable Security Deposit: R6,000
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to RE/MAX. The following fees apply based on notice given:
· More than 3 months before arrival – 25% of rent
· 3 to 2 months before arrival – 30% of rent
· 2 to 1 month before arrival – 50% of rent
· 1 month to 7 days before arrival – 75% of rent
· Less than 7 days before arrival – 100% of rent
The landlord may re-rent the property after cancellation. No refunds for early departures.
